12 Lessons Learned From Training With The Navy Seals

 

I didn't anticipate the hardest day of my life. 

I had expected to do an hour or two of exercise at the most. 

Yet just under two weeks ago I spent nearly 8 full hours being taken to my limits physically and mentally. 

I can honestly say it was hard, hard stuff. 

In the depths of all of that suffering I learned some important lessons on life and health that I would love to share with you.
