1) An alignment with your highest values

2) A commitment to DO THE WORK that is required to get there.

12 Lessons Learned From Training With The Navy Seals

 

I didn't anticipate the hardest day of my life. 

I had expected to do an hour or two of exercise at the most. 

Yet just under two weeks ago I spent nearly 8 full hours being taken to my limits physically and mentally. 

I can honestly say it was hard, hard stuff. 

In the depths of all of that suffering I learned some important lessons on life and health that I would love to share with you.

SELF TAPE

Often the biggest blockages that we have to our success in health and life come in the form of self imposed stories and limitations. 

This sort of self tape will stall your progress much like all of the red tape and safety checks that you go through when dealing with you bank. 

The process of growth and mastery can be so much quicker once we realise that the major obstacle to our progress is indeed ourselves. 

We create this self tape to protect ourselves from the pain of growth. Yet interestingly all growth happens outside of our comfort zones. Not within them.
